Onyinye Ralph-Nwachukwu is a firm believer in human upliftment and equal opportunities for all persons irrespective of social, cultural, and religious backgrounds. She has no place for discrimination and radiates joy, happiness, and a friendly aura in any environment she finds herself in. A vivacious and outspoken woman, she is not one to be lost in a crowd. She makes no pretenses in whatever she believes in and demonstrates it in words and actions. A passionate humanitarian, Onyinye derives immense pleasure, satisfaction, and fulfillment in giving people a helping hand. She hates to see people suffer and is ever ready to offer assistance and make sacrifices to ameliorate the situation. She is generous with material things just as she is with empathy, consoling, and encouraging words for people in difficult situations. While in the broadcast industry, Onyinye made her mark at the state-owned Broadcasting Corporation of Abia State (BCA) before she veered into corporate communication when she became the spokesperson of a federal institution, Michael Okpara University of Agriculture Umudike (MOUAU). She distinguished herself as a well-grounded image-maker, public speaker, and communicator par excellence. As a Rotarian, Onyinye has been deeply involved in championing the cause of the less privileged ones in society, initiating and implementing projects that make life better for the needy. She has also proved her mettle as a leader, organiser, and motivator of people. To her, any goal is achievable with the right attitude, commitment, and sustained efforts.
